Quvo is designed to help you to achieve digital transformation and business change of your frontline processes through a "learn, grow and evolve" methodology.
Our solution is designed so you can do this yourself. If you prefer, we can also provide this service directly, or through our partner network. This can help you to achieve results quicker or to augment your internal resources at any time during your subscription period.
Business Process analysis and mapping (BPA&M)
We can review your current ‘as-is’ frontline business processes to help understand the information flow. We then analyse these processes together with potential improvements. The result is a process map that can be used to configure the service. Due to the flexibility of Quvo, you can transform one process at a time, or multiple processes, according to your needs.


Process design and configuration
Using the BPA&M process map we configure a test system. You can then evaluate the new process with stakeholders using the test system.
The evaluation feedback is used to finalise the design. The resulting business process can then be implemented into your subscription, with a phased roll-out if required. Continuously refine your processes with Quvo's agile capabilities.
Training support
We provide training support packages for
- Frontline Workers (Client App),
- Business Change (App Designer),
- Service Desk (Management portal),
- Supervisory Oversight (Audit portal),
- Developers (API and SDK).


Integration support
We can provide support to integrate Quvo with your other software services, such as Case Management, Tasking and Co-ordination, as well as national databases, suppliers, partner organisations, and more. Quvo can integrate via software connectors or via our secure API, which can support modern multipoint integration platforms (iPaaS). Where standard integration connectors do not exist, we can build, test and deploy them for you (including configuration and testing).
